No mixing, mess, dividing or rounding, we have done the hard work, so you can just make great pizza! They are also suitable for both wood-fired or traditional home ovens.
Have no time to make pizza dough from scratch? No problem, our pizza balls are there for convenience, they come frozen and are ready to roll in no time. Each dough ball makes one 12-inch pizza. Simply add tomato passata, mozzarella and your choice for toppings and bake for 2 to 3 minutes!
Made in the UK from 100% natural ingredients, our pizza dough balls are a great source of fibre and are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
An exclusive blend of the finest quality wheat flour (Tipo 00) for a super stretchy dough that will create light and crisp pizzas perfect for your favourite toppings, yeast, water, salt and rapeseed oil for a rich flavoured crust that contributes to a 65% hydration rate.
Simply roll and create anything from a classic Margherita pizza with juicy tomato sauce and creamy mozzarella, to dough sticks for dipping or calzones for stuffing.
Deliveries arrive Monday to Friday between 9am-6pm. Please read disclaimer carefully. Our pizza dough balls are packed in a specialist chilled food box with ice packs. They are not transported in a frozen food vehicle. On arrival, open your box immediately to check the contents. Your Fuego doughballs will arrive semi-frozen, you have three options:
To use on the same day as delivery: Remove your dough balls from the packaging, place them in an airtight plastic tubs or food grade bags and allow them to come to room temperature for around 3-4 hours.
To use within 1-2 days: Remove your dough balls from the packaging and place them in airtight plastic tubs or food grade bags before placing into the fridge. They can be stored for up to 3 days before using.
To use at a later date: Place the dough balls straight into the freezer (this will not affect the quality of the product at all) for later use. Do remember to follow step 2 when you want to use them, to allow enough time for the doughballs to defrost and prove prior usage.
HOW TO PREPARE MY READY-MADE SOURDOUGH PIZZA?
Whatever oven your are using, indoor or outdoor, you are guaranteed amazing results with all our pizza dough products.
For best results, leave your dough balls in an airtight plastic tub or food grade bag for 1-2 days in the refrigerator as this will develop much superior flavour and texture for your pizzas. You will notice the dough ball gradually increasing in size. On the day of use, remove the dough from the fridge and allow 2-3 hours for it to come to room temperature. This will improve the handling of your dough and make it easier to shape.
There are a few different ways to cook your pizza dough balls depending on what equipment you have. Cooking them in an outside pizza oven such as a Fuego, Ooni and Roccbox will always yield the best results, but they can also be cooked in a domestic oven successfully.
Keep frozen -18°C, defrost before use. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

Food deliveries take place between 09.00 and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, a specific time may not be specified, however tracking details will be emailed to you before delivery.
You must be available to take delivery on the first attempt. Although you can instruct the courier to leave the package with a neighbour or in a safe place if possible, we cannot guarantee that this will happen and cannot take responsibility for spoiled goods where you have not been in to accept delivery. Package will not be re-delivered the next day because of the contents. It will be disposed of and we will not hold any liability if it cannot be left on the delivery day. We cannot take responsibility for spoiled goods, if you decide to change the date of delivery of an order that contains chilled or frozen products after you have received your shipping confirmation and the goods are in the possession of our third-party courier.
