Each wood fired pizza oven for sale by Fuego is built by the hands of artisan craftsman with a minimum of ten years of experience, in a small town in the Castile region of Spain. They expertly shape a single piece of fire clay into the perfect pizza oven dome.
Taste is very personal, which is why every Fuego outdoor clay oven is personalised to your specific taste. When choosing the Mosaic commercial, you will first need to select the size, next choose whether you prefer a modern Black mosaic finish or Red Volcanico glazed mosaic tile finish to the dome. Then you can opt for either a standard oven door or one with a window, standard or premium insulation and a particular chimney configuration. Found only in Spain’s Castile region, a single piece of this clay is hand-shaped by artisan craftsmen into the wood oven dome, then allowed to completely dry out naturally before being fired at 1200℃. It’s natural refractory qualities are then heavily insulated and decorated in a grey and beige stone mosaic tiles. The result is a stunning wood burning oven that performs even better than it looks.

The Mosaic commercial wood-fired oven comes in 3 sizes; 100, 120 and 140. The 100 can fit up to 4 x 12" pizzas in at one time, the 120 holds up to 6 x 12" pizzas and the 140 holds up to 9 x 12" pizzas. Please see the capacity diagrams below for each size.

Delivery takes place between 9-5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, a specific time may not be specified, however tracking details will be emailed to you before delivery. Someone will need to be present to sign for your oven delivery.
The Mosaic wood-fired oven arrives on a standard crated pallet, weighing approximately 600kg. The driver will be able to unload the pallet using a tail lift. The pallet can be manoeuvred on solid, level ground with a pallet truck. Please note, it is not the responsibility of the driver to set your oven in place and/or assemble it
All our wood-fired ovens are hand-made to order following artisan methods and carry a 1-year warranty.
All Fuego ovens are DEFRA approved and have been classified as "exempt" for use in smoke control areas when burning a non-authorised fuel or fuels.
