Most importantly, you decide on the size and finish of your wood fired pizza oven and can then also specify whether you would like a plain oven door or one with a fire-proof glass window. Plus, there are different chimney options and other extras you can add, including a host of genuine Spanish cooking accessories.
We touched earlier on how expert artisan craftsmen build every Fuego brick pizza oven completely by hand, but just how and where do they do it?
All manufacture takes place in the Castile region of Spain and the reason for this is that this is where a very particular type of fire clay can be found. What’s so special about the fire clay used to make every wood fired pizza oven for sale by Fuego is its incredibly high heat resistance and refractory qualities. Basically, the clay ensures the oven stays hotter for longer, making cooking with a Fuego outdoor brick pizza oven much more consistent and fuel efficient. In fact, the Fuego Stone 80 wood burning oven is so fast and efficient, it can hit pizza cooking temperature in just 20 minutes and maintain its heat for several hours without adding any more wood.

Please note, that due to the level of fire clay bricks used in the manufacturing of our brick range ovens, these ovens are more susceptible to absorbing moisture and therefore we recommend that they are installed indoors or under a roofing structure such as a pergola.

Delivery takes place between 9-5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, a specific time may not be specified, however tracking details will be emailed to you before delivery. Someone will need to be present to sign for your oven delivery.
The Fuego Brick 80 – Garden Wood Fired Pizza Oven wood-fired oven arrives on a standard crated pallet, weighing approximately 600kg. The driver will be able to unload the pallet using a tail lift. The pallet can be manoeuvred on solid, level ground with a pallet truck. Please note, it is not the responsibility of the driver to set your oven in place and/or assemble it

All Fuego ovens are DEFRA approved and have been classified as "exempt" for use in smoke control areas when burning a non-authorised fuel or fuels.
