This spicy chorizo is made from an old recipe by a family-owned company in La Rioja. The delicious pork sausage is seasoned with spicy smoked paprika (Pimenton de la Vera Picante). It is all natural with no artificial preservatives.
The flavour of this distinctive smoked paprika sets Spanish chorizo apart from sausages of any other country.
This is a fully dry-cured chorizo, which is the perfect topping to any pizza or ready to eat with your favorite cheese and wine. No need for refrigeration.
