Our outstanding quality frozen pizza dough balls are the best you can buy. They ensure consistency and convenience for your pizza. No mixing, mess, dividing or rounding, we have done the hard work, so you can just make great pizza! They are also suitable for both wood-fired or traditional home ovens.
Have no time to make pizza dough from scratch? No problem, our pizza balls are there for convenience, they come frozen and are ready to roll in no time. Each dough ball makes one 12-inch pizza. Simply add tomato passata, mozzarella and your choice for toppings and bake for 2 to 3 minutes!

An exclusive blend of the finest quality Italian Caputo flour (Tipo 00) for a super stretchy dough that will create light and crisp pizzas perfect for your favourite toppings, yeast, water, Himalayan pink salt and Italian extra virgin olive oil for a rich flavoured crust that contributes to a 65% hydration rate.
Simply roll and create anything from a classic Margherita pizza with juicy tomato sauce and creamy mozzarella, to dough sticks for dipping or calzones for stuffing.
Deliveries arrive Monday to Friday between 9am-6pm. Please read disclaimer carefully. Our pizza dough balls are packed in a specialist chilled food box with ice packs. They are not transported in a frozen food vehicle. On arrival, open your box immediately to check the contents. Dough balls may have softened slightly in transport. Ensure they are separated and place back into the freezer with the bag they have arrived in. It is perfectly safe to refreeze them when they are like this. Inside the box will be an instruction sheet on how to use your dough balls.
Place the dough balls in a floured tray equally spaced apart. Keep covered and defrost at room temperature. Once thawed place the dough balls in the fridge.
Take out the necessary number of dough balls wanting to be used for the day and allow them to grow up to 4 inches before using.
Dust the table with semolina or flour. Either press by hand, roller or presser.
Stretch the pizza to the size and shape you require.
Once you are happy with your base and its shape, top with the toppings of your choice or create garlic bread.
Place in a pre-heated fuego wood-fired oven at 400°C degrees for 2-3 minutes. This is only a guideline.
Keep frozen -18°C, defrost before use. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

Food deliveries take place between 09.00 and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, a specific time may not be specified, however tracking details will be emailed to you before delivery.
You must be available to take delivery on the first attempt. Although you can instruct the courier to leave the package with a neighbour or in a safe place if possible, we cannot guarantee that this will happen and cannot take responsibility for spoiled goods where you have not been in to accept delivery. Package will not be re-delivered the next day because of the contents. It will be disposed of and we will not hold any liability if it cannot be left on the delivery day. We cannot take responsibility for spoiled goods, if you decide to change the date of delivery of an order that contains chilled or frozen products after you have received your shipping confirmation and the goods are in the possession of our third-party courier.
