Due to its special production method, La Fragua’s Finest Tomato Flesh retains all the freshness of fresh Spanish summer tomatoes. It is a unique product because it combines the tomato juice with its pulp, which is chopped into the finest pieces.
Finest tomato pulp is particularly good for fish dishes, but also goes well with recipes that are prepared with raw tomatoes. This is because La Fragua’s Finest Tomato Flesh has comparable flavours and herbal notes, as bright red as the sun-ripened crops. Our finest tomato pulp is rich in finely chopped tomato pieces and has a high liquid content. It can therefore also be used for long cooking times or with high temperatures (eg in the oven) prepared dishes.
