Knowing what you want but not being able to get it is frustrating – like ordering in a restaurant only to be told the dish you’ve set your heart on is no longer available. That’s precisely why we at Fuego offer every customer the ability to personalise any wood fired brick pizza oven for sale to their specifications.
Every Fuego brick pizza oven, including the Brick 70, is made to order and starts life as a lump of rather special fire clay in the capable hands of an expert artisan craftsman. Drawing on over 10 years’ experience, they slowly build up and shape your garden pizza oven and clad it with genuine Mediterranean terracotta bricks. You also get to choose which door, chimney and any extra cooking accessories you require.
All this care, expertise and craftsmanship create a traditional Spanish wood fired pizza oven that is entirely bespoke to you, your taste and cooking style.
What makes every Fuego brick pizza oven perform so much better than other outdoor pizza ovens for sale is the fire clay used to create the dome. It’s no ordinary clay. The fire clay is unique to the Castile region of Spain and has astonishing refractory qualities that are far superior to other clays. In other words, it retains its heat for longer.
The brick oven dome is shaped entirely by hand by highly experienced artisan craftsmen from one individual piece of fire clay to ensure total consistency. Once fully formed and smoothed, the domes are given all the time they need to dry naturally and avoid cracking. They are then baked for 36 hours at the extremely high temperature of 1200℃ before being heavily insulated and finished with a terracotta brick outer.
The process sounds completely traditional and authentic, and it is. In fact, it has remained virtually unchanged for centuries and the fire clay of Castile has been used by cooks since Roman empire times who revered its heat retaining properties.
The result of all this careful selection of fire clay and expert hand-shaping results in a brick pizza oven that reaches perfect pizza cooking temperature in half the time of any other garden pizza oven. Not only that, it holds its temperature for several hours without any further stoking.
The Fuego Brick 70 brick built pizza oven really can change the way you entertain and the types of dishes you serve. You can share the experience and fun with your guests by letting them create and bake their own pizzas. But it’s not all about pizza. A pizza oven opens up a whole new world of taste sensations.
You can bake, roast, barbecue, smoke and pan cook to absolute perfection – you can even slow cook meats as the Brick 70 retains its heat for many hours. You can easily achieve that unmistakably wonderful, unctuous fall-off-the bone smoky Mediterranean summery taste

Please note, due to the level of fire clay bricks used in the manufacturing of our brick range of ovens, we offer two types of finishes.
Our indoor finish is made from fire clay bricks that go through our normal process of manufacturing, drying and kiln baking at 1200℃ for 36 hours. They are more susceptible to absorbing moisture and therefore we recommend that they are installed indoors or under a roofing structure such as a pergola.
Our outdoor finish is made from bricks that have undergone a double kiln baking process at 1200℃ for 36 hours and then individually coated in clear waterproof sealant to ensure they are more resistant to the outdoor elements. Moisture is the worst enemy of a clay oven even though our ovens have been treated with a waterproof sealant.
We recommend that once a year, you give the external dome of your oven a couple of coats of a clear waterproof sealant to prolong its waterproofing. Please note this only applies to our clasico, brick and stone range of ovens.

“Our Fuego wood oven has transformed our restaurant! As a piece of kit, it is extremely versatile and controllable, allowing us to roast all of our meats and vegetables in the wood burning oven as well as using it as a charcoal grill during service. The flavour of everything coming out of the Fuego clay pizza oven is incredible due to the amazing smoky, charred tones added to the smell and taste of everything that’s cooked in it. It is not expensive to run as all the kiln-dried wood we use heats the wood fired pizza oven pretty quickly and it retains its temperature really well, only needing to add logs to the fire a few times over the course of service.”
“We wanted a traditional wood oven that ticked lots of boxes, for us it had to be made of brick for the authentic feel, have amazing functionality and great quality. Our Fuego clay pizza oven ticks them all. Our pizza nights are such a fantastic feature for the guests that stay in our holiday cottages and it’s a great way of bringing friends and family together for making those special memories. Highly recommended”
